Change To The DLC Footer

Currently the DLC footer just lists all of the DLC released so far by year at once. I noticed the more that comes out, the more laggy page loading with the DLC template in use will take. So I thought of splitting the DLC template by year starting from 2007 to current year. This will make it so only the DLC from that current year will appear, but will require going through every page that uses the DLC tag and updating it to be the proper year, and to split the existing DLC template to separate ones for each year. The highest current year on the template is 2018, and have not added the missing songs and years for this update. Also there are a ton of non existent pages on this template, so there's some work that needs to be done on that which I will help with. Lastly, I've been curious about the interactive map feature and wondered what I would use it for on this wiki.
