PlayStation Trophies and Xbox Achievements are identical in The Beatles: Rock Band. It includes one platinum, one gold, fifteen silver, and 34 bronze trophies. On the Wii, they are named 'Accomplishments', and all are included but 'The Complete Anthology'. Its achievements add up to a total of 1000 Gamerscore. Most of their titles are references to lyrics in The Beatles' songs.

The Complete Anthology[]
This is the platinum trophy for The Beatles: Rock Band and is the only unlockable not featured on the Xbox 360 version of the game. Its title is a reference to the documentary, book, and CDs released in the 1990's and 2000's relating to the history of The Beatles. All You Need is Love[]
This achievement is named after the 1967 single which was later included on the Magical Mystery Tour album. "All You Need is Love" is available for download individually.
I GOT BLISTERS ON MY FINGERS![]
This achievement is named after a line screamed by drummer Ringo Starr during recording of "Helter Skelter" It is heard after playing the song in The Beatles: Rock Band.
The achievement does not require you to FC (full combo) the song, but it does require that you get 100% (Overhits do not affect the achievement).
Better Free Your Mind Instead[]
Unlocking this achievement requires earning Expert Gold Stars on "I Feel Fine," "Lucy in the Sky With Diamonds," "Revolution," and "Twist and Shout." It is named after a line in "Revolution."
No One's Frightened of Playing[]
Unlocking this achievement requires earning Expert Gold Stars on I Me Mine, Something, Taxman, and While My Guitar Gently Weeps. Its title is taken from a repeated line in I Me Mine.
And the Band Begins to Play[]
To unlock this achievement, the player must earn Expert Gold Stars on "I Wanna Be Your Man," "Octopus's Garden," "Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band" / "With a Little Help From My Friends," and "Yellow Submarine." Its name is taken from a line in "Yellow Submarine."

This achievement is named after a line repeated in "The Continuing Story Of Bungalow Bill." This song in contained on The Beatles's 1968 self-titled album and cannot be played in The Beatles: Rock Band. This is by many considered to be the hardest achievement to acquire because of how difficult it is to find 3 people who are willing to play through all 26 songs. Keep in mind that, because the difficulty is not specified, this can be completed on 'easy' if preferred. Also, the songs do not need to be FC'ed (full combo'ed), just the phrases with 3 parts (or a lead and 2 harmonies).
Passed the Audition[]
This achievement's name is taken from a line said in jest by John Lennon when recording the rooftop concert for The Beatles's 1970 film Let It Be. It can be heard in-game after playing "Get Back."
The Love You Make[]
This achievement's title is taken from a line in "The End," the only song in the story's Encore.
Elmore James Got Nothing on This[]
The name of this achievement is taken from a line spoken in a Let It Be track, For You Blue. This song is not playable in The Beatles: Rock Band. This line references an influential American guitarist who died in 1963.
Sun, Sun, Sun Here it Comes[]
The name of this achievement comes from a repeated line in "Here Comes the Sun."
That's It! You've Got It![]
Said during the end part of Hey Bulldog and is on the The Beatles: Rock Band Setlist, and is achieved by getting a 550 note streak on Hey Bulldog on Bass.

This achievement is named after a string of nonsense words repeatedly sung in "I am the Walrus."
Do Right By Me[]
This achievement takes its name from a repeated line in "Ticket to Ride," a song playable at Shea Stadium in The Beatles: Rock Band.

The name of this achievement is taken from a repeated line in "Ob-La-Di, Ob-La-Da" another song in The Beatles's self-titled 1968 album not included in The Beatles: Rock Band.

This song reveals that the barber shows "...photographs of every head he's had the pleasure to know," which ties in nicely to the achievement's description.
A Little Help From My Friends[]
The name of this achievement is part of the title of "With a Little Help From My Friends," a track combined with "Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band" to form a playable song in The Beatles: Rock Band.
While this achievement requires that you have 2 guitar controllers, a drum controller and a microphone (and its corresponding controller), it does not require that you play a song with them. Simply beginning a tour with 4 players will unlock it.
