Penelope McQueen is a character in the Rock Band series who first appears in Rock Band and is one of the playable Session Musicians in Rock Band 2 and Lego Rock Band.
Physical Appearance
Penelope McQueen has long white hair with bangs and wears a black long-sleeved shirt with a silver white ascot and necklaces, a puffy black skirt with gray lining, tall black and white high-heeled boots, and a gray cap on her head. She also has purple eyeliner and black lipstick though she lacks her makeup in the Wii version of Rock Band 2. In addition, the bangs of her hair cover her eyes in the Wii version. In Lego Rock Band, her cap is black, her boots are gray, and she wears no make-up.
