Moosejaw Boudreau is a character in the Rock Band series who first appears in Rock Band and is one of the playable Session Musicians in Rock Band 2, Rock Band 3, and Lego Rock Band.

Physical Appearance

Moosejaw Boudreau is portrayed as a lumberjack and has brown hair in a mullet hairstyle and a brown beard. He wears a flannel plaid orange-brown long-sleeved shirt with a red necktie, blue cow-spotted jeans with red cords, and light brown paint-splattered boots with laces and black paint. In Lego Rock Band, his boots are beige and have no paint splatters. His look is kept the same in Rock Band 3, except he wears different golden yellow boots with black laces.

Performances

Moosejaw Boudreau is a singer character in the first Rock Band and was the default singer for the Southern Rock songs in the Wii and PlayStation 2 versions of that game. In Rock Band 2, he can be seen doing vocals, guitar, bass or drums and can be used for any genre but mainly appears for songs from the Indie Rock, New Wave, and Southern Rock genres. He can also play any instrument in Lego Rock Band and Rock Band 3 as well as keyboards for songs with keyboard parts in Rock Band 3.

  • Moosejaw is one of the six characters to appear in every version of Rock Band and to be a playable Session Musician in Rock Band 2. The other five include American Phil, Maynard Winter, Ol' Smokey, Sharky, and Sir Thomas.
    • In addition, he and Maynard Winter appear in a picture in the "LEAD SINGER" section in the first Rock Band's game manual.
  • Moosejaw is one of the four Rock Band 2 Session Musicians who also appears in Rock Band 3. The other three are Mothership Q, Dora Sullivan, and The Duke of Gravity. In addition, he and The Duke of Gravity are the only two characters from the first Rock Band that appear in Rock Band 3.
  • Moosejaw has made the most appearances out of every character in the Rock Band series to date.
