Jamie-Sue has black hair in a ponytail with a red orange headband. She wears a sleeveless light-yellow shirt with a blue necklace and belt, light yellow shorts with blue detail, and black and white shoes. She also has a black watch on her left wrist, rings on her forefingers, gray star-shaped earrings, black and red eyeliner, plum lipstick, and many tattoos on her arms and shoulders.

Jamie-Sue can play any song on guitar, bass, drums, vocals, or keyboards in Rock Band 3's Quickplay or Road Challenge modes.
