"Constant Motion" is a song by Dream Theater which is the debut single from the Systematic Chaos album. It's named "Constant Motion" due to the feel of the song, in which there seems to be no stop in movement. The song is about mental disorders; Mike Portnoy has OCD (obsessive compulsive disorder).
The lyrics, "Impulsive Laced Profanity" are a reference to Tourette's Syndrome. "Controlling My Thoughts, Obsessing Me" refers to OCD. (Thanks, Liam - Macclesfield, England, for above 2)
Though its difficulty rating on guitar may not look difficult, the guitar solo is one of the hardest in the game, even with the use of the solo buttons. Even with Overdrive, it is difficult to finish this solo while keeping the rock meter above the red zone.
