3's and 7's is a song by Queens of the Stone Age which is about lies and deception. The title does not appear in the lyrics, but it's a reference to a bad poker hand. The singer, without much to work with, tries to bluff his way through life to get what he wants. (Thanks, Jeremy - Cypress, CA)

3's and 7's upside down almost spells "LIE" with the 7 being the "L" and the 3 being the "E". This also relates to the meaning of the song. This interpretation has been discussed by many fans, however whether it was intentional is unknown.

The video for 3's and 7's was directed by Paul Minor and is very similar to the Grindhouse movie Death Proof by Quentin Tarantino. It is a fake trailer for the fictional movie "3's and 7's" and features a gang of dominant women driving fast cars and fighting villains. (Thanks, Marc - United Kingdom, for above 2)
